NHTC is pleased to announce that Instructor Andrew Sharpe is available to train individuals and small groups this summer in off ice training. Andrew is currently a trainer working with NHTC High Performance Athletes in our 16 week Pro style program
Andrew is a pro hockey player who has played for the past few seasons in Europe. He is reviewing offers to play in North America this season.
Andrew is an enthusiastic and experienced dryland trainer who has the ability to motivate players to put everything into their training while still making it fun and enjoyable.
Kids who train with Andrew come away enthused and improved. For younger players he will emphasize cardio, agility, speed, balance and power.
For older players the training includes all of the above plus strength training. All sessions are minimum 1 hr and we suggest players train 3 times a week. The cost for 1-1 sessions is $75 per minimum 1 hr session.
For a better and more economical approach Andrew suggests a group of 4 which costs just $35 per session per player. This cost is based on a minimum of 5 sessions. Andrew recommends all athletes train 3 or 4 times a week.
For more information please contact Andrew at 778-994-3001 or Charlie at 778-238-7825.
