All Pro Hockey classes are currently offered Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The first training session is only $25. After that, continue building skills with flexible options: $50 drop-in, $45 per session with a 5-pack, or just $40 per session with a 10-pack.
Synthetic shooting lane rentals are available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 4:00-8:00 pm and Saturdays and Sundays 8:00 am-6:00 pm. $30 for 30 minutes or $80 for a 30 minute shooting private lesson.
Private lessons are available 7 days a week. 45 minute on ice private lessons starting at just $175 + GST and semi-privates at $200 + GST.

Shoot Like A Pro:
Come join us to learn how to shoot like a pro player. All of our sessions start on our synthetic shooting lanes with one of our All Pro coaches analyzing your shot and helping to refine your mechanics. After completing your shooting analysis players take to the ice to put their new skills to the test. Each class is one hour (30 mins on synthetic and 30 mins on ice). Players need to bring clean running shoes, stick, helmet, gloves, and skates. Full gear is strongly encouraged for the on ice portion of the class.
Dangle Like an All-Star:
You see it on TV and on You Tube. Now is your chance to Dangle Like an All-Star. Come join us for our puck handling sessions where players will learn the foundations of how to make the puck look like it is on a string. Classes always start with foundational puck handling and build to where they are put into game like scenarios so players can test their abilities before ever trying these moves in a game. Come take your puck skills to the next level!
Skate Like A Pro:
Come join us to learn how to skate like a pro player. All of our classes are designed around teaching players proper edge work and stride before working towards advanced skating techniques. All sessions are focused on edge control and explosive skating techniques.
Defensive Skating and Skills:
Come see what separates Elite Defensemen from the rest. It is their skating and skills. In order to play at a high level you need to be able to skate the game and react to it under pressure. Our sessions are built around advanced defenceman specific skating with puck skills being added with each progression. Decision making and awareness are the final step to make you untouchable on the ice this season.
