NHTC Payment Options

NHTC accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express online as well as in office; cash, debit, and cheque in office, or e-transfer by request. We also accept payment through KidSport and Jumpstart. All payments are in Canadian dollars.

NHTC Cancellation Policies

ICE CANCELLATION POLICY

Call the office immediately at 604-534-7825 if you need to cancel an ice time.

• We require a minimum of 30 days notice prior to the ice time to receive a refund or a minimum of 7 days prior to the ice time to receive a credit. A $50 administration fee will apply to all refunds.
• *For all contract ice, deposits are non-refundable.
• If you are injured or have a last-minute minor hockey conflict then you must call the office BEFORE the ice time in order to reschedule or receive a credit (NO REFUNDS). Proof of your minor hockey conflict must be provided. (We are no longer offering credits for sickness and injury unless a doctor’s note is provided).

CLASS/CAMP/PROGRAM CANCELLATION POLICY

Call the office immediately at 604-534-7825 if you need to cancel a registration.

• We require a minimum of 30 days notice prior to the first class to receive a refund or a minimum of 7 days prior to the first class to receive a credit. A $50 administration fee will apply to all refunds. **The LITTLE ACES Program with Ryan Carignan has a $500.00 non-refundable deposit (whether you pay up front or with a payment plan).
• If you are injured or have a last-minute minor hockey conflict then you must call the office BEFORE the missed class in order to receive a credit (NO REFUNDS). Proof of your minor hockey conflict must be provided. (We are no longer offering credits for sickness and injury unless a doctor’s note is provided).
• If a class is cancelled by NHTC then a credit or full refund will be issued (no $50 admin fee).

PRIVATE TRAINING CANCELLATION POLICY

Call the office immediately at 604-534-7825 if you need to reschedule a session.

• If you need to reschedule a session, then you must let us know at least 24 hours in advance either by calling and speaking to someone directly at 604-534-7825 or emailing at [email protected]. (If the office number goes to voicemail, then please email so we can ensure the coach is aware.)
• NO REFUNDS given for any of the Private Training packages. The sessions never expire and can be used in the future (unless it is Special package that gives a specific date range, E.g: Holiday Private Training Special). As another option, we can transfer the remaining sessions to a sibling or friend at no extra cost.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Review your emailed receipt. It is your responsibility to make sure you are aware of times, dates, and LOCATION.
• No make up classes. Our instructor to player ratios are set in advance and do not allow for make up classes.
• Full payment is required upon registering for a class and booking ice. We do not hold spots.
