James Wall – Co-Owner and Director of NHTC and All Pro Hockey
James Wall is a University of Windsor graduate who grew up playing hockey in British Columbia and has spent his career dedicated to creating positive hockey experiences for players of all ages and levels. With more than 15 years as a Director of Hockey Operations, James brings a wealth of expertise in amateur sports, skill development, and program design to All Pro Hockey and NHTC Training Centres.
James’ leadership background includes serving as:
• General Manager of the North West Hawks in the BC Elite Hockey League
• Director of Hockey for West Vancouver Minor Hockey for 10 seasons and North Vancouver Minor Hockey Association for 5 seasons.
• Director of Hockey for the BC Spartans for 15 seasons
• Coach and mentor at all levels of minor hockey
He has designed and delivered skill programs, hockey curriculums, and coaching development plans that have helped thousands of players advance to higher levels of the game while also instilling life skills that last beyond the rink.
James is a High Performance certified coach and holds multiple designations with BC Hockey and Hockey Canada, including certification as a BC Hockey coaching instructor for Coach 1 & 2, Development 1, Checking, and Specialty Skills. He is also a Hockey Canada Level 1 Certified Specialty Skills Instructor and Facilitator.
At All Pro Hockey and NHTC Training Centre, James personally oversees every program, ensuring the same standard of quality, structure, and care that have defined his career. Families who train with All Pro know their kids will be supported in a professional and encouraging environment where every player is treated like a pro.
