Jake Gushue

Jake Gushue brings an extensive hockey career, lots of coaching
experience and overall knowledge. After having his hockey career ended due to injury, Jake has turned to full time training and coaching. He
believes that hard work and dedication are the keys to being successful
in sports.

Jake played three years of Jr. B in the PJHL before playing two years of Jr. A for the Dryden Ice Dogs from 2015-2017. After his junior career ended Jake earned a hockey scholarship to Briercrest College of the ACAC where he played two seasons having a big role as a defenceman for the team.

While at school, Jake studied business management and kinesiology. Jake has coached all levels, from local minor hockey to the Prairie Hockey Academy in the CSSHL. Jake has also completed his Div 1 coaching certification.

Jake’s coaching resume includes coaching with the: Langley Rivermen – BCHL, Ridge Meadows Bantam AAA- PCHA, Ridge Meadows Peewee AAA – PCHA, Prairie Hockey Academy – CSSHL, Ear Falls Minor Hockey – NWOHA

Jake has worked with athletes ranging from 9-26 years old aiming to take their game to the next level.
