In-Season Off-Ice Development

Make this season your best one yet! Running this Fall and Winter, this class is designed to make athletes faster, stronger, more explosive, and most importantly – more resilient to injury! It is common for players to do dryland in the summer and make tons of progress only to stop this off-ice training when the season rolls around. This is a HUGE mistake many athletes make as continuing with dryland activities in-season will help players maintain and slowly build on the progress they worked so hard for all summer long AND help keep them healthy! In-season is where most injuries happen – so making sure our bodies are structurally balanced, mobile, and strong translates to better on-ice performance with fewer injuries!
Classes will include a variety of plyometrics, calisthenics, weight training, coordination exercises, and dedicated mobility work. The class will follow a holistic model of training, which considers a variety of fitness metrics to build complete athletes. Space is limited so sign up today!
